(Alrighty, this is my first attempt at a story. It's weird, yes, but it has been floating around in my head and I needed to write it down. This is only the first part and I shall post more once I churn it out. I know it kind of seems to drag on, well in my opinion anyway, but it's how I roll sometimes. Let's see where this goes shall we? )
Nathan sat on his windowsill watching the January snow fall, a mug of white tea cupped in his hands. He sipped carefully at the steaming liquid while his eyes followed each fluffy flake. As he sat there, a thick fog began forming in the woods that bordered his home. It caught his attention, drawing his gaze towards the quiet stand of trees. The fog was foreign, yet familiar to Nathan. It brought back childhood memories of carefree strolls through the forest.
“Where have I seen you before?” Nathan pondered quietly to himself as he slowly rose, placing the now empty mug on the windowsill. His hazel eyes had caught sight of an odd figure disappear into the fog. In order to curb his curiosity, he decided to take a short walk into the woods.
Turning from the window, Nathan left his room to bundle up for his short journey. After he laced up his black snow boots he grabbed his coat and scarf. He then grabbed his keys and stepped out the front door. The cold, afternoon air greeted him as he locked his door. There was no wind and the snowfall was light, making the weather bearable. With a smile, Nathan pulled the hood of his jacket over his head and began trudging through the snow towards the woods.
The moment he stepped onto the nearest trail, the thick fog engulfed him. “Man, it’s so hard to see in this” he muttered as he made his way deeper into the trees. Nathan could only see three feet in front of him, but he continued forward. The nearby rustling sounds and glimpse of a dark figure now and then kept his interest.
After nearly half an hour he was about to give up his pursuit. Just then he bumped his knee into the post of a wooden fence. “What is a house doing out here?” Nathan stopped and looked up through the fog. A newly built cabin stood in front of him. “I don’t remember this being here” he said as he cautiously made his way through the front gate. On his way to the front door he looked around, taking in his surroundings. Nothing looked odd or suspicious besides the fact that the cabin was not there a few months ago.
When Nathan reached the door he knocked a couple times. He waited for five minutes. No one answered. Not wanting to leave yet, he tried the door. It was unlocked and opened easily. “Hello. Is someone in here? I don’t mean to intrude.” He called out as he stepped inside, quietly closing the door behind him. Pulling down his hood he started to wander around the house. A moment later he heard someone walking behind him and froze in his place.
“Why, hello Nathan. I was wondering when your curiosity would draw you to me.” Hearing the strange man, Nathan slowly turned around. Before him stood a tall, slender man dressed in a black suit. He was thin and his limbs were spindly. Trembling slightly he took a step back and looked up at the man’s face. His skin was paper white and there were no features on his face at all; it was completely blank and smooth.
“W-what do you want? I…I thought you were just a myth.” Nathan stammered as he found himself sitting on the couch that was behind him. The odd figure before him looked just like the infamous Slender Man. He was a creature he thought only existed in the minds of children whose parents wanted them to behave and stay out of the woods without accompaniment. “You’re Slender Man aren’t you? How do you even know me?”
The man nodded and gave a slight bow. “That would be correct.” He said as he straightened. Even though he had no mouth, he could still communicate with Nathan. “I’ve known you since you were young my dear boy. However, you were not like the other children. I’ve never had trouble mesmerizing one before. You were just as curious, yes, but you had a restraint that most children just don’t have. You had common sense. My enticing fog just had no hold on you” he said as he paced slightly in front of Nathan.
“Okay…But, why do you need me now? I’m no longer a child.” Nathan inquired as he examined the man.
“Well, you see Nathan…my days here on this planet are growing short. I do not live forever. I’m actually the third Slender Man of this earth.” He explained with a nod. “And, I need your help.”
“But, why would I help you? You’re a monster who draws innocent children into the woods to do God knows what to them.” Nathan shook his head. He was now wishing he’d stayed in his house.
“You’re somewhat right. The children come on their own curious will. I only feed on the rotten apples anyway. They’re usually children who will grow up to be abusers, murderers, addicts and the like. Their energy is still pure and I need it to keep living. Besides, I’m also doing the earth a favor. One child has more than enough energy to hold me over for a few weeks. The leftover energy I recycle back into the ecosystem. Then their fleshy husks that are left are buried in the soil to provide nutrients to the local fauna. I do not waste.” Slender Man went on, only to get an odd look from Nathan.
“Alright…You do have logic within your reasoning, but it’s still mad” Nathan said as he looked a bit dumbfounded. “Whatever. What is it that you need of me anyway? What if I refuse?”
“Well, you could wind up in an alternate universe or dead, never to be seen again. Now, let’s talk about why I’ve been trying to lure you out here. Like I said, my days are growing short. I’m growing weak and feeble. I need to reproduce in order to keep the Slender Man myth alive. I chose you because any other person would run off and the like. Women are also too frail to carry my heir anyway and you’re the only male around with fairly wide hips. They will serve you well in the birthing process.”
Nathan stared at Slender Man with widened eyes. “What the hell? Okay, so you need to reproduce. But, I’m a man. How in the world would you pull that off?”
“Allow me to explain before you try to run away or anything. This will take a few minutes for there is a good deal to get through” Slender Man said as he seated himself in a wooden chair that was in front of the couch. “There is a ritual I must go through with you. It will not involve sexual contact, but merely, a transfer of life energy if you will. Once it has finished, my physical body will disintegrate. Now, this pregnancy will only last half as long as a normal human one. So, it will not take too much time out of your life. It will last about four and a half months. You are to reside here in this cabin for that time. Once my new being is born, you are to walk outside and place it within a large ball of smoke that will appear in front of the house. His transformation will then occur and a new Slender Man will be in front of you.” He explained slowly so Nathan could take it all in without freaking out too much. “You will have about a month and a half to gather what you’d like to keep yourself entertained with. You will have cable but, not internet access. If you are not back within the area after that time, well let’s just say you will experience some nasty side effects and may not survive them. Do not worry about perishable items. You may bring any other type of food. I have found myself an assistant a while back. His name is Luke. He tried to run from me when he was twelve. He almost succeeded. I caught up with him and we came to an agreement that when he finished high school and turned eighteen, he would become my assistant of sorts. He is the one who built this lovely cabin for me. Every week he will be by with the perishable food to make sure you have enough to eat and the like. On his first visit he will provide you with his cell number so you can keep in touch with him in case you need him. Say you need assistance during the birth; he will be there if you call him. And, before you say anything else, do not worry about your book shop. He will make sure that is taken care of during your absence.”
Once Slender Man was finished, Nathan took a good five minutes to process the information. Slowly he nodded his head in response. “Okay…As crazy and messed up as it sounds, I guess I have no choice but to go with it. So, when do we go ahead with this ritual you speak of?” He asked curiously as he looked up at the pale man.
“We shall do it now. Then you may head to your home and gather what you will need for the next four and a half months.” With that, Slender Man stood from the chair and offered Nathan a hand. The reluctant Nathan took it and stood up from the couch. Turning towards the door, Slender Man lead him outside to where they would proceed with the ritual.
“I still don’t quite understand how I will carry your offspring” Nathan said as he followed Slender Man outside where he was made to stand in one spot. As he stood there he watched him draw an intricate circle around him in the snow with one of his long, black tentacles.
“Don’t worry Nathan. This ritual will provide you with a temporary womb and birth canal. You will still be a boy, but you will now have what you need to carry my heir and give birth to him. A few days after he is born, the womb and canal will disappear, giving back your ‘normal’ body.” Slender Man explained as he finished the circle. “Now, hold still and stay where you are. This may feel odd and you may feel nauseous along with a bit of pain. Once I’m finished you may go collect your things.” After patting Nathan lightly on his shoulder, the man summoned an immense amount of thick fog.
Nathan could not see four inches in front of him as Slender Man proceeded with the bizarre event. The next thing he remembered was a large, bright ball of light as Slender Man gently wrapped his tentacles around his body. That was the only contact they made. Nathan felt odd as Slender Man used his energy to change his internal organs. Once his body was ready, he transferred his “seed” to Nathan’s new womb. “There we go…Now, take good care of your body Nathan. My lineage is depending on you.”
Nathan stumbled back slightly as Slender Man’s tentacles released their grip and returned to their owner. “Goodbye for now. You shall see me again in a way in about four or five months. Take care.” Slender Man bowed, his tentacles spread wide as his body began to disappear. Over the span of a few minutes, he had turned to a fine dust. The light wind blew it away to cover the ground of the forest. Soon the fog thinned and eventually disappeared as well. When Nathan could see again he returned to the cabin.
“That was…weird?” He wasn’t sure what to make of things as he looked around the place that would be his new home for nearly five months. After he was sure the house would be safe he walked out and returned to his house. For now he just wanted to sleep and take a couple pain pills. He was exhausted and his abdomen hurt. Nathan would spend the next day rummaging around his house in search of things he would want in the cabin.

(Yeah, it is just my take on him I suppose. There really isn't much of him in here. It's just a short fic I thought of one night. )
Nathan used about a month of his allotted time outside of the woods. Each morning he would wake up and rush to the bathroom with morning sickness. It would come and go throughout the day at irregular times. After the first bout of vomiting, he would have a light breakfast before going about the house to find things to pack.
Over the span of four weeks he managed to bring everything he would need over to the cabin. Whenever the weather was pleasant and he was not sick to his stomach, he would take short trips into the woods to bring over various items. He brought over the small collection of books he had yet to read, a stereo, several DVDs, tea bags, various food and snack items, his PS3, several games and other items that would keep him occupied.
Nathan awoke with nausea as usual on the morning he would move into the cabin for the rest of the pregnancy. “God, when will this end?” He groaned lightly as he rushed to the bathroom. After vomiting for six minutes, he stood up and flushed the toilet. He then turned to the sink to wash his hands and rinse out his mouth. “Hopefully this morning sickness won’t last the whole pregnancy.” With a sigh he stood up straight to look at himself in the mirror.
Turning sideways, Nathan lifted up his shirt and looked at his reflection. A hand moved to rest on the small bump that had formed over the month. He was close to finishing his first “trimester”. “Hey there little one, it looks like you’re not a dream or hallucination after all” he said as he rubbed it gently. “If only you weren’t a monster…It would’ve been nice if this resulted in my own child instead.” With another sigh he pulled his shirt down and left the bathroom to pack his duffle bag with clothes.
Fifteen minutes later Nathan left his bedroom, filled bag in hand. He picked out an assortment of clothes that ranged from winter to spring clothing. There was a variety of sizes since he shopped for some larger clothing earlier that week. His current jeans were already tight on him and he was not sure how large he would grow to be. He was sure Luke would pick up larger clothes if need be in the future.
Nathan set his bag down near the door before going around his house to make sure everything was turned off, unplugged and the like. “There we go, that should be everything” He said as he finished his inspection. After a quick breakfast of a large bowl of cheerios, he bundled up and grabbed his duffle bag. “Well, I suppose it’s time I left to be a hermit for three more months or so” he said as he shut and locked both the front and back door. Once his house was secure he pulled up his hood and made his way towards the cabin.
When Nathan reached the cabin he saw a young man around his age standing on the porch; a cardboard box was in his arms. He was a couple inches taller than Nathan, appearing to be in good shape and well built. Strawberry blond curls adorned his head and his eyes were a blue grey. “Hello. You must be Nathan, right? I’m Luke” The man greeted him with a friendly smile. “I’ve just been hanging around here since I wasn’t sure when you’d arrive. I just returned from town with your first care package of sorts.” He explained when he saw Nate nod in response to his assumption.
“Hello Luke…It’s nice to meet you. I’m sorry you have to waste your time on me” Nathan said as he walked through the gate and up the wooden steps. “It must suck having to be a slave to such a creature.”
“Nah, it’s alright. Don’t worry about it Nathan. I’m nearly done anyway. Once that spawn of his is born, I’m free of my contract. Then I can finally move forward with my life.” With a smile Luke opened the door for Nathan and walked inside.
“Ah, I see. Well that’s nice.” Nathan nodded as he followed behind Luke, closing the door to keep out the cold air. “Thank you for your time” he said as he placed his duffle bag in the nearby bedroom. While he started to unpack and get settled in the cabin, Luke took the box into the kitchen and began filling the cupboards and fridge with food and the like.
“There you go Nathan. You’re all stocked up on food now so the two of you should be well fed.” Luke smiled as he walked out of the kitchen to find Nathan relaxing on the couch in the living room. “Oh, before I forget here’s my number. Feel free to call me if you need anything. The time of day does not matter. I’m entitled to aid you until the new Slender Man is born. I’ll be around each week with more food if needed and if you need company don’t be afraid to ask. Do you need anything before I go?” He asked as he put his number into Nathan’s cell phone.
“Okay, I’ll keep that in mind” Nathan said with a nod as he let Luke put his number into his cell. “Nope, I’m fine for now. Thank you, Luke. I will see you when you come around next week then” he said as he set his cell on the coffee table.
“Alright, I’ll see you then Nathan. Be safe, don’t overexert yourself and stay warm. Goodbye for now” Luke said as he put his coat on and walked to the door. With a wave he left Nathan alone in the cabin.

Nathan spent the rest of the day arranging the cabin to his liking. At six thirty he walked into the kitchen to make something for dinner. “I wonder what food Luke brought for the week” he mused as he rummaged through the cupboards and fridge. After a short search he found some things to make a concoction that sounded good to him. He cooked some spaghetti with tomato sauce, black olives, mushrooms, dill pickles and anchovies.
Once it was finished cooking he filled a large bowl with the pasta and set it on the table. Nathan then grabbed a bottle of green tea from the fridge before taking a seat at the kitchen table. “Mmm, it smells so good” he said as he grabbed a fork. The scent drifted up to his nose and made his stomach growl lightly. He dug into the pasta and began to devour it.
When Nathan finished eating, he leaned back in the chair and rubbed his bump contently. “That was a nice meal. It looks weird, but it tasted so good.” He chuckled lightly as he stood up and brought his bowl and fork to the sink. Then he walked over to the stove and put the rest of the pasta in a container before placing it in the fridge to have for leftovers another day. After he cleaned the kitchen he walked to the living room and sat on the couch. He flipped through the channels and watched whatever looked good before he’d go to bed.
The rest of the first trimester went well for Nathan. He managed to keep himself occupied and his nausea started to loosen its grip. Luke had stopped by twice to check on his food supply and brought over some more food on his second visit. His stomach was continuously growing as well. After one and a half months he looked like he was three months pregnant or so.
A week into his second trimester, Nathan woke up to find that he was not sick for once. “Cool, I don’t feel like I need to vomit for nearly ten minutes.” He smiled as he got out of bed. After he stretched he walked over to his dresser and pulled out a pair of his largest jeans. With a few grunts he struggled to get into them and they did not want to button. “Damn it.” He sighed as he ripped them off and chucked them in a corner to be dealt with later. “Looks like I’ll just have to wear sweats now” he said as he grabbed a grey pair and slipped into them, the waistband resting under his small bump. Then he grabbed a knit sweater before walking into the bathroom.
Nathan used the toilet before examining himself in the mirror again. “It looks like he really wasn’t lying when he said it would last about half as long” he said as he lifted up his sweater to look at his belly. Both of his hands began to explore his bump. It was firm to the touch and was looking more spherical now. A brown line was also starting to appear from his belly button downwards. His fingers traced over the line lightly as he continued to look at himself. After rubbing it lightly, he pulled down the sweater before heading to the kitchen to start his day with a light breakfast.
A few days later Nathan was eating scrambled eggs and toast when a knock sounded at the door. Luke was stopping by for one of his regular visits. “Come on in, I’m in the kitchen” he called out after swallowing a bite of toast. Nathan heard the door open and shut as Luke let himself inside the cabin. With a smile he stood up and took care of his pate before going to greet his visitor.
“Hello Nathan. I’ve got another box for you. I picked up what you asked for during our phone conversation the other day” Luke said as he placed the box on the table. “How’re you doing today? Do you need me to do anything else?” He asked as he took off his coat.
“Ah, thank you Luke” Nathan said with a smile as they started to put the food away. “I’m doing alright, a bit sore as always. It seems like this belly of mine gets a bit bigger every day.” He chuckled lightly, a hand instinctively resting on his stomach. “Hmm, not really” he said as he thought about it for a moment. “Although, it would be nice if you stuck around to keep me company. I do enjoy your visits. Maybe you’d like to stay for dinner as well.”
Luke smiled at Nathan and nodded in response. “Sure thing Nathan, that won’t be a problem at all. I could make us something tasty later. You deserve a break for once” he said as he put the now empty box aside to be brought home with him when he left later that day. “So, now that you’re done with breakfast, what shall we do today?” He asked as they both headed to the living room.
“Okay, that sounds good and we could play a game together if you like that sort of thing” Nathan replied as he got comfortable on the couch. When Luke replied with a nod and “sure thing”, he smiled and picked up a controller to turn on his play station. “Alright, hmm what to play…oh, I know! Let’s play Little Big Planet two. I just got it before this ordeal happened and never got around to playing it yet. We can go through the story mode together.” Once the system turned on, he stood up and put the game into it. “There we go. Let’s begin.” With a smile he put a pillow behind himself and got into a comfortable position again on the couch.
Nathan and Luke spent the whole day playing the game together; it was fun for both of them and they did not have anything else to do. They stopped for bathroom, food and stretching breaks. Around seven they practically had the game finished before Nathan’s stomach growled. “I guess it is dinner time now.” He chuckled lightly as he saved and shut off the game before leaving the television on the discovery channel. “What sounds good that you’re willing to make?” He asked Luke as he set the controller on the coffee table.
“Hmm, I don’t know. You’ll have to like it too.” Luke mulled it over as he stood to head into the kitchen. “How does tater tot casserole sound? We have enough here to make it.” He asked poking his head out the door.
“Oooh, that sounds great Luke. Go ahead and make it, please and thank you” Nathan said from his spot on the couch. Luke nodded and began to prepare their dinner for the night. Once the casserole was put together, he placed it in the oven to cook. Then he joined Nathan on the couch and they watched some television while they waited. When it was finished they walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table to eat.
“Mm, it smells wonderful Luke” Nathan said as a plate of it was set in front of him. As he picked up a fork his eyes turned to the kitchen window. A storm was now brewing outside and a strong wind was starting to rustle through the woods. “Man, it looks horrible outside. Hey, if you need to you can stay here for the night Luke. I won’t mind. It’s too nasty out to walk home” he said looking over to Luke.
Luke nodded as he sat down with his own plate. “Yeah, alright that sounds like a good plan. Thank you, Nathan. I’ll sleep on the couch tonight” he said as he started to eat. “So, how does it taste? Do you like it?” He asked in between bites.
“Okay. I have some extra blankets you could use” Nathan said with a nod. He then took a couple bites and smile. “Wow, this is amazing Luke. You’re a good cook.” He complimented him as he continued to eat. Luke thanked him and they chatted about random things as they continued eating dinner.
After eating Nathan stood to take care of the plates and such. Luke stopped him and took his dish. “You go on ahead into the living room if you want, I’ll do the dishes for you tonight” he said with a smile.
“Okay, if you insist. When you’re done we could watch a movie or something before we head to bed” Nathan said as he went to take a seat on the couch.
“Sounds good Nathan, you go on ahead and pick one out for us to watch. I’ll watch anything” Luke called out from the kitchen. Whistling lightly he gathered up everything and started to wash the dishes.
Twenty minutes later Luke joined Nathan on the couch. “All done, now what did you pick out Nathan?” He asked as he sat down next to him.
“Well, I haven’t seen this one yet. We’ll be watching The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” Nathan replied as he turned on the DVD player. He then hit the play button and relaxed into the couch. Luke turned off the lights and sat down again as the beginning credits began to roll.
When the end of the movie rolled around Luke turned to find Nathan sleeping next to him. Not wanting to wake him, he gently picked him up and brought him into his bedroom. “Have a nice sleep” he said quietly as he pulled the blanket over him. He then shut off his light and walked out to find an extra blanket in the hallway closet. After he took out the DVD and turned off the player and television, he turned off all the lights in the house. With a yawn he walked back to the couch and laid down, curling up under the blanket. A few minutes later he too fell asleep.

(Meh, a short update. Things will get moving with the next one.)
Nathan woke up around nine the next morning. “Mm, how did I get in my bed?” He asked aloud as he sat up in bed, gently rubbing the sleep from his eyes. After stretching for a few minutes, he got out of bed and used the bathroom. When he walked out he could smell bacon cooking in the kitchen. “Luke? Are you making breakfast? You didn’t have to.” He called out as he made his way to the kitchen.
Luke looked up from the skillet he was attending and smiled at Nathan. “Good morning sleepy head. You fell asleep sometime during the movie so I moved you to your bed. I figured I’d make us some breakfast before I left” he said as he started to finish their breakfast of eggs, toast and bacon. Two plates and glasses of apple juice were already set on the table.
“Thank you Luke. You really didn’t have to take the time out of your day to do so.” Nathan nodded as he walked over to the kitchen table and took a seat. While Luke finished cooking, he set a hand on his stomach. “We’re both really hungry this morning.” He chuckled when a loud rumble sounded from his belly.
“Hehe, well you won’t have to wait much longer. It’s finished” Luke said as he brought the two plates to the stove. He then placed the food on them before bringing them back to the table. “Eat up and enjoy.” With a smile he took a seat in the other chair and began to eat.
Nathan smiled, picked up a fork and began to eat his breakfast. When they finished, he thanked Luke again as they cleaned up the kitchen. “I’ll see you next week Luke. Thank you again for the company” he said as he waved goodbye to Luke when he left. With a soft sigh he walked back to his bathroom to shower and get ready for the day. He enjoyed Luke’s company and looked forward to his weekly visits. He just wished he had someone to chat with more often.
Around two and a half months into his pregnancy, Nathan awoke to a hard jab in his stomach. He was a bit more than halfway through his second trimester. “Oww…What was that?” A hand went to his stomach and rubbed the now prominent bump. He appeared to be around five or six months pregnant. As he sat there in bed he kept a hand on his stomach to see if the jab would come back. After a few minutes he felt some movement in his belly and then a light kick to his hand.
“Whoa…I, I think he just moved” he said, eyes wide as he rubbed the spot gently. With a small smile he got out of bed and waddled over to the bathroom to relieve the pressure on his bladder. As his pregnancy progressed he needed to use the bathroom on a constant basis. After using the toilet and taking a quick shower, Nathan walked out to find Luke bringing in a box.
“Oh, hi Luke you’re a few days early” Nathan said as he walked over to him.
“I know Nathan, but I have an idea.” Luke smiled as he brought the box into the kitchen. He then started to empty it and put things away with Nathan. “I figured I could stay in the cabin with you until the new Slender Man is born, if that’s okay with you.” He explained as they finished putting everything in its respective place. Then he nodded to his duffle bag he had set in the living room. “How does that sound?”
Nathan nodded slightly as he listened to Luke. “I see…Are you sure about this? I mean, you must have a more exciting life outside of this cabin” he said as he lowered himself into a chair, hands resting on his bump as the creature stirred within him. “If you really want to, go ahead. I have no problem with it.”
“Alright, that sounds good. There is a small guest room, so I can lodge there.” Luke nodded and smiled as he put the box away. “I really have no life outside of this cabin. Before the old Slender Man died, I did various jobs for him while jumping from job to job at various stores and such. Like I said before, after this, I can finally live how I want” he said happily. “So Nathan, how have you been holding up lately?” He asked as he joined him on the couch.
“I see. Well Luke, I’ve been fairing as well as a pregnant man could. Oh, and I felt movement today. The little guy gave me a good, hard jab this morning to wake me.” Nathan chuckled lightly as he rubbed his stomach. “Would you like to feel? He’s moving now” he said as he looked up at Luke.
“That’s good to hear” Luke said with a nod and smile. “That’s cool. Sure, I’d like to feel.” He nodded before Nathan gently took his hand and placed them onto his belly. A few light kicks greeted his hand. “Wow, that’s definitely movement” he said with a smile as he rubbed it gently.
Nathan nodded and smiled. They spent a few hours watching some television and talking. Now and then they would both place their hands onto his stomach, still amazed at the random movements that came from within.

The pregnancy seemed to go by much quicker now that Luke was there every day. They ate meals together, played games, watched every DVD and even went on walks when the weather started to grow more pleasant. As Nathan progressed further into the pregnancy, Luke made him relax more and offered to do the household chores. He was reluctant at first, but as his growing belly made it harder to move, he appreciated the time off his feet.
Nathan and Luke were also growing a bit close as they spent time together. They were now friends, although they each were secretly starting to discover feelings for the other. Neither indicated they were attracted to one another, fearing that the other man did not feel the same.
It was now early June and Nathan was nearing the end of his pregnancy. The new Slender Man could come any day and he was growing a little anxious. On the sixth he woke up to another cramping sensation in his abdomen. It had appeared a few times the previous night as he attempted to sleep, but he paid it no mind. He was not sure if it was a false contraction or that he was really in the early stages of labor.
Sighing lightly he sat up and struggled to his feet as he got out of bed. Nathan’s stomach was now quite large and he appeared to be the size of an overdue woman. His belly button popped a few weeks before and could be seen poking through the shirt he was wearing.
“I hope this ends soon” Nathan said with another light sigh as he waddled to the bathroom. With a bit of effort he relieved his bladder and washed his hands before looking at himself in the mirror. It had turned into a daily habit of his. “Hmm, I think my stomach dropped…” he noted as he lifted up his shirt, letting it rest on top of his large bump. It was not as spherical and now rested low on his pelvis. He let his hands explore his belly as the creature inside him move about restlessly, fingers tracing over the various stretch marks and the dark brown line that ran from his belly button to his groin.
When Nathan finished in the bathroom he waddled out to find Luke in the kitchen cooking breakfast as usual. “Good morning Luke. I could’ve made myself something” he said as he lowered himself into a chair with a light grunt.
Luke turned around from the stove and smiled at Nathan. “Good morning. I was hoping you’d stay in bed so you could relax this morning and eat breakfast in bed” he said as he plated the pancakes and sausage. “Oh well, we can enjoy a nice meal right here and watch the robins outside the window.” As he brought over the plates, he nodded towards the open window where one could see a few birds hopping about in the grass looking for worms.
“Ah, well that was sweet of you. Thank you anyway Luke. I do appreciate it when you cook for me” Nathan said with a warm smile as Luke took a seat across from him. “It looks good.” Picking up a fork and knife he started to devour his breakfast as if he hadn’t eaten in a week.
“Hehe, you’re welcome Nathan. The food’s not going anywhere, you can slow down a bit” Luke said as he started to eat his own food. “Anyway, how are you feeling today? Are you feeling contractions yet or anything?” He asked curiously.
Nathan looked up from his plate, slowing down slightly as he licked some syrup off of his lips. “Okay and I’m feeling fine” he replied with a nod. “Hmm, not yet I don’t think. It should be soon though. Why do you ask?”
“Oh, I just wanted to see how you were doing.” Luke gave Nathan a smile back as he cut up some more pancakes. “Okay, well I should have time then to run out and grab some things from the store. We’re out of practically everything and we don’t know how much longer this will take. I hate to leave you alone here, but I will take as little time as I can” he explained as they continued eating.
Nathan nodded as he finished his breakfast before Luke. “I see…Please don’t take too long, I’d hate to go into labor while you’re out of the house” he said looking up at him. Luke nodded as he finished his food as well.
“Okay, I’ll go as fast as I can” Luke promised as he stood and took care of their plates. “Now you go on and rest on the couch or your bed. You need to stay off your feet and take it easy” he said as he washed the dishes.
With a nod and a light sigh, Nathan got up from the chair and headed into the living room. He turned on the television and sat on the couch, leaning back into the soft cushions. Luke walked in and brought over the ottoman for him to prop up his feet. “There you go” Luke said as Nathan got comfortable. “When I get back I’ll give your feet and legs a massage. It looks like you need it.”
“Okay. Thank you, Luke. Be careful and I’ll see you soon.” Nathan waved goodbye as Luke nodded and left the house. “Well, it looks like it’s just you and me for a little while. Please stay in there until Luke gets back” he said rubbing his stomach as another pain took over his stomach. He regretted letting Luke go. The shortest shopping trip would take at least two and a half hours or so. Shifting into a more comfortable position, he tried to settle and distract his mind from the contractions.
Nearly three hours had passed and Nathan did not hear from Luke or see him come back yet. The contractions were growing closer together and were more painful as time went on. “D-damn it…I, I should’ve made him stay.” He hissed lightly as a particularly strong contraction came, his stomach growing rock hard under his fingers as he curled up in a fetal position on the couch. The pain flared in his back and wrapped around to his stomach with each one. “I-I hope the birth isn’t s-shorter like the pregnancy t-too.” He moaned as he tried to breathe through the contraction. They were about six minutes apart.
Not able to sit still, Nathan struggled off the couch and paced around the cabin in between contractions. With each one he would stop where he was and use the nearby furniture for support as he swayed a bit and breathed the best he could through the pain. Luke tried to call him, but his cell was out of minutes and the cabin did not have a land line.
Luke had run into a large amount of traffic when he made it to the city. Then the store was packed for it was pay day for a lot of people. When he couldn’t contact Nathan by phone to let him know why he was late, he cursed under his breath. “I hope he doesn’t have to give birth while I’m out.” He muttered as he packed the groceries into the car before leaving the parking lot. It would take him another two hours to get back to the cabin.
Nathan groaned as another strong contraction began. He was in the kitchen when another hit; it was the strongest he’d experienced so far that day. As he braced himself against the counter he gasped, something popped inside of him. Hands gripping the edge, he held back a moan as a large gush of fluid rushed out of him, forming a puddle on the floor beneath him. “O-oh God…Was…Was that my w-water breaking?” He panted as he looked down at the floor, legs shaking slightly. When the contraction ended he grabbed some towels and attempted to clean up his slight mess. It did not go over well as he lost his balance and wound up sitting on the floor in the puddle. “S-shit…I can’t get up.” He muttered as he tried to pull himself up using the counter and table. With nowhere to go, he stayed on the floor leaning against the counter.
When Luke reached Nathan’s house he got out of his car and grabbed all the grocery bags. “I’m coming Nathan, hopefully you’re alright” he said as he power walked through the woods. “Nathan, I’m home.” He called out as he walked inside. “Nathan?” Looking around he did not find his pregnant friend anywhere. Hearing groaning and moans from the kitchen he set down his bags and rushed over to check what was going on. “Nathan! What’s wrong? Why are you on the floor?” He asked worriedly as he kneeled by him, placing a light hand on his shoulder. He looked him over; Nathan was in obvious pain, body covered in a thin film of sweat. His pants were soaked and the puddle was still under him.
“L-Luke…help me p-please…I’m in labor.” Nathan panted out as he looked up at his friend, fear and pain evident in his eyes. “I-I thought it was just…false labor this morning, b-but I guess I-I was wrong.” He whimpered lightly as he clung onto him.
“Shh, it’s alright Nathan. I’m here now. You didn’t know” Luke said softly trying to soothe and calm him. “Let’s get you to your bed and get those wet clothes off of you.” When Nathan nodded, Luke put his arms around him and helped him up from the floor. “Don’t worry about the mess, I’ll clean it up in a bit” he said as he helped him to his bedroom. After another contraction, Luke helped Nathan get out of his clothes and laid him on the bed. “You lay here and I’ll be right back” he said as he went to clean up the kitchen before grabbing the supplies they’d need.
Nathan nodded before groaning as another contraction hit; they were really close and almost on top of each other. “H-hurry up Luke! I-I think I need t-to push.” He cried out as a large pressure started to build in his pelvis. While Luke hurried to gather what they would need, Nathan squirmed about on the bed and tried not to give into his natural instincts
“Hold on Nathan, we need to be sure you’re ready to do so” Luke said as he walked back into the room. He placed a bowl of water and towels to the side along with a few medical instruments. “Alright, please spread your legs for me so I can see where you are progression wise. I’m no midwife or OB, but I did some research to have a grasp of what we’re doing” he said as he gently patted Nathan’s leg.
Nathan nodded and spread his legs wide for Luke, his face turning crimson for he has never been naked in front of him before. He was nervous, but he trusted Luke even though this was his first time delivering a “baby”. He winced slightly and tried not to squirm as Luke gently inserted his fingers into his temporary birth canal.
“Okay, let’s see here…Oh, it looks like you’re already fully dilated Nathan.” Luke smiled up at him as he removed his hands from him. “Now, when your next contraction comes I need you to give me a big push okay?”
Nathan groaned and nodded in response. Soon enough another painful contraction came and he took hold of the back of his legs, bearing down as hard as he could. “G-God…It hurts so much!” He cried out as he flopped back into the pillows behind him.
“I know, I know. But, that was a good push Nathan. Please keep going and don’t give up. Rest while you can in between the contractions and push with each one.” Luke tried to encourage him with a warm smile.
With little time to rest, Nathan leaned forward and pushed again. The contractions were right on top of one another and did not give him a break. With each push the creature’s head gradually made its way towards his entrance. Three hours had passed and Nathan was growing tired. “I-it’s not moving.” Nathan panted heavily as he leaned against the pillows.
“Yes it is Nathan. You’re doing wonderful. It looks like you might start crowning within this hour anyway” Luke said with a nod and smile. “Don’t give up Nathan. He’s almost here.” He patted his leg again. “Would you like to try a different position?” He asked looking up at him.
“S-sure…if it’ll h-help.” Nathan replied with a nod as he looked at Luke. He then sat up and got off the bed with Luke’s help. Now he was on his knees in a squat-like position, arms resting on the bed. Taking in a deep breath he gripped at the blankets and gave another long, hard push. He held back a light scream as he felt the creature’s head move through his pelvis and towards his opening.
“Good Nathan. It looks like gravity’s helping a bit” Luke said as he took his position behind Nathan. He had him spread his legs a bit more so there was a bit more room. After four more pushes his opening began to bulge forward, Slender Man’s head not too far behind it. “There we go, you’re going to start crowning soon so you’ll probably feel a good amount of burning.” He warned, rubbing his back gently.
Nathan grunted and nodded as he continued pushing. His swollen, red lips continued to bulge forward and slowly began to part. He gasped and screamed out as he felt the head start to stretch his skin. “O-oh God! Nnnnnn….Gaaah!” He screamed again. Sweat was pouring off his exhausted body. His chestnut hair was now plastered to his scalp and neck.
“Keep going Nathan, but tone it down slightly. We don’t want any tearing” Luke said as he wet a soft washcloth. “But don’t worry, I won’t let you” he said softly as he massaged his back some more. “I can see the head, you’re almost there. I’m just going to cup it gently with this cloth to help prevent tearing okay?”
Nathan panted and nodded as he took a moment to rest. He gasped as he felt Luke gently cup the emerging head with the wet cloth in his hand. His skin was sensitive down there and it burned. With the next contraction he held the blankets in a death grip, knuckles turning white as he gave another push. Luke encouraged him to push through the pain and into his hand as he did so. Tears poured down his face as the smooth, white head gradually emerged. With each push it moved forward a bit before slipping back into him.
Eventually the head started to reach its widest point. Nathan groaned, holding back a scream as he laid his head on the bed. “I-I can’t do this…M-make the pain stop…” He panted, tears still streaming down his face.
“It’s okay Nathan, you’re doing so well. The head’s almost out. Go ahead and rest a bit while your body is allowed to stretch” Luke said as he gently massaged his perineum. Then an idea popped into his head. With a slight blush he looked up to Nathan. “W-would you like me to make the pain go away? It’s alright if you say no…” He said looking away. “I-I could fondle you and the like…” He said quietly.
Nathan blushed as well as he thought about it. His groin felt hot as his member hardened just at the thought. “U-um….Sure g-go ahead…as long as it h-helps.” He replied, still panting heavily.
“Okay, if you’re sure…” Luke nodded and moved his free hand to Nathan’s front. Hesitating slightly, he gently grabbed Nathan’s member and began to stroke him lightly. As the head continued to stretch him out, he continued to jerk him off and play with him.
Nathan let out a moan of pleasure, shifting his hips to push into his touch. “O-oh God that feels nice…” He groaned as his hips bucked slightly. Swaying his hips with Luke’s movement, he panted and moaned as the pleasure and pressure built. After a while he decided to start pushing again. With Luke’s help Nathan made more progress. As the head continued to emerge, he could no longer contain his eminent orgasm.
A few pushes later Nathan let out a loud moan, body shaking with pleasure as he came hard all over his abdomen and Luke’s hand. “O-oh God…T-that was nice…” He panted as he pushed again. The head had popped out with a gush of fluid during the orgasm.
Luke blushed lightly as he removed his hand along with the cloth. “Good job Nathan. The head’s out. Can you please stop for a moment? The baby needs to turn” he said as he supported the creature’s head. Once the body turned he gave Nathan the okay to continue.
Gritting his teeth and gripping the blankets, Nathan bore down when his stomach hardened again. The orgasm had calmed him and made it more bearable to keep going. After a few pushes the shoulders slipped out and a couple of pushes later the body soon followed. He groaned and relaxed on the bed as he felt the creature slide out of him in another rush of fluid. “O-oh God…I did it…” He panted excitedly as Luke caught the new Slender Man.
“Yep, you sure did Nathan. Good job.” Luke smiled as he helped Nathan back on the bed. He then proceeded to cut the cord and placed the white, faceless creature on his chest. “We just need to deliver the placenta then you’re done” he said as he looked out the window. He could see a ball of fog begin to form in the yard. “Then we have to put this little guy where he belongs.”
Nathan nodded as he examined the odd child in front of him. It was paper white and looked “normal” except for his featureless face. While Luke cleaned up he proceeded to push lightly when a few lighter contractions came. Once the placenta was delivered Luke checked to make sure Nathan wasn’t hemorrhaging or anything.
“You’re looking good Nate.” Luke smiled as he took care of the placenta and discarded it with everything else. He then helped clean up Nathan and got him dressed. “There we go. Are you okay to come bring out the new Slender Man?” He asked him.
Nathan looked up at Luke and nodded after a moment. “Sure. I’m sore and exhausted, but I need to do this.” He replied as he slowly got up from the bed. With some aid from Luke he carried the new creature out to the yard where the thick ball of fog was waiting for them. “Here we go…” He stepped forward and placed the creature in the ball. Stepping back he watched as it light up in a bright ball of light. “Wow…” As he leaned on Luke they watched the transformation together.
In front of the two men a tall figure started to form in the ball of smoke and light. As it grew a suit started to appear on its naked form. Nathan blinked when the fog cleared away; a new Slender Man was now standing before them.
The creature looked itself over as it stretched out its limbs a bit. “Good job Nathan, Luke. Now, you two may leave the forest and get back to your lives.” With a bow the odd figure turned and disappeared into the forest.
