 The man has to have genetic modification to produce offspring with his mate, but he does not realize that he will be the one carrying the babies (the alien race always has twins).  This race has heat cycles (like earth animals, except both males and females have these cycles) that are almost impossible to resist.  I have envisioned a gender selection process thru hormones/diet/etc. that an alien chooses upon reaching adulthood.  The man doesn’t know his mate has already chosen to be the alpha/male/dominate/non-carrier/etc. (maybe had an ill-fated mate previously).  He tells his mate he wants to have a baby and they decide not to use any contraceptives/birth control/etc.   He goes into his first heat cycle and assumes that since he was a male before that he is still male and his mate will get pregnant,  and much to his surprise he conceives.  Nine months later he feels huge and miserable and is counting the days until he gives birth and keeps saying he can’t wait until the babies arrive.  His mate keeps telling him to be patient he is also eager to hold their children.  Eventually his mate realizes that the man thinks he is overdue and informs him he should have paid more attention to the reproductive information he was given; the alien gestation is longer than that of a human (maybe 12-24 months instead of 9-10).  After the baby is born the doctor/healer/midwife/etc. warns him to not copulate on his next heat cycle because his body will be very susceptible to becoming pregnant again and would most likely conceive more than the normal twins.  The man only partly listens to the doctor because he is so taken with his newborns.  When his next heat cycle hits he knows he is supposed to resist but ultimately fails and seduces his mate (who asks if he is sure he wants this) and becomes pregnant again.

I've had this story plot on my mind for the last two days, but I'm not sure whether or not it would be allowed to be posted here as it does cover underaged and magically enforced pregnancy, but I can give you the general gist of it...

"Impreggo Rapido (M&FPreg)" - Rupert Bear (Nelvana Productions)

At a visit to Pong-Ping's house with his mother, Rupert gets caught in accident caused by the pekanese's pet dragon's over-playfulness and several magic powder which both he and his mother inhale.

This, in turn, causes them both to become rapidly pregnant with each other's children in a space of nine weeks, and delievering them at the Bear's house an hour after each other...

I've got two stories that have been on my mind for a while, and both under the category of 'Furry'. 

And the first one is 'topic name by nature...'

'Pregnant for my Son' - Usagi Yojimbo (I'm welcomed to opinions on the tilte if someone thinks of a better one)

When trying to find a gift for his father, Jotaro, is sold a specail maternal-wish amulet by a shopkeeper who happens to be rather half-deaf and thought Jotaro had said 'Mother' when he really said 'Most wonderful father'...and at the same time Usagi can't seem what gift to get his son in return...

The amulet's power works instantly causing the lapine ronin to become pregnant - but how will Usagi be able to hide his secret, remain pregnant and keep up being a samurai and a father on top of that - not to mention birth with only his son for company?

'Breeding Season' - Yogi Bear

Now, we all know what Boo-boo sleeps with Yogi in his cave - which kind of gave me the idea.

A group of animal protectors are experimenting on a serum for multiple and rapid pregnancies - but so far it has only been tested on lions, cheetahs and (unexpectedly) a coyote morph. Now they wish to try it on more larger and sluggish game, so with Ranger Smith's permission they go looking for bears with a specailly fermented serum ready for use.

However, they mistake Boo-boo for Cindy Bear and inject him with the serum. How will Yogi cope with his little friend becoming a parent - a how will Boo-boo cope with it all from the sweeling belly to birth? 

If anyone has any plotholes they wish to take up, I'm happy to listen to them....

 I see - however I always concidered Yogi to be anthro. After all, he walks on two legs, wears clothes (especially in his short-lived 90's series Yo Yogi), uses human conviences (such as beds, rubber rafts, helicopters etc) and he talks to humans and all.

So I thought it didn't matter as much for this site...

This is a somewhat AU Sci-fi plot bunny:

Dodgy scientist, forged consent forms, and advanced gene-splicing modify a random, not consenting man into being able to bear children.

Fertility drugs, AI, and a butch to bring the subject to a climax ensure multiple offspring for the scientist to splice. The more the merrier.

Subject tries for an abortion. Nurse tells him he consented. He claims he wants to withdraw his consent.

The kicker? The scientist filed patent rights. Him and his children have become intellectual property under the law, as custom gene-splices of a unique invention.

Bonus points for the intelligent tackling of the themes (Pro-choice versus pro-life, IPR, scientific ethnics, human rights,  intelligent design versus scientific selection). Double if you can find a legal, moral or ethical loophole to exploit further that I missed, retain the natural complications a man will face due to biology (not wide enough hips, possibly shattering pelvis & spine, no birth canal, possible excess amnotic fluid as he carries differently) in the story. Character death welcome.
