Matt sat on his bed and sighed when his hands went to his round belly. He caressed it gently. "Soon baby, soon you can see me." He smiled when the baby kicked at his hand. He thought of its father.

He could still remember the day he met Danny. He smiled as the Seeing Eye dog Danny got for him rubbed his leg. The borzoi barked and Matt pet it gently.

Matt was walking home after spending time at the library. He strolled along slowly, taking in all the noise around him. It was the noises that guide him. What he relied on. What he strived for. Because if he didn't have his hearing, he would be dead.

Stopping at a crossway, he listened as a car drove by. The only noise after that seemed to be footsteps. So, he assumed it was okay to cross the street. He took one step out into the street and heard the footsteps he heard a moment ago, starting to pound the concrete. He stopped.

"Man, get out of the road!" He was confused. All the sudden he felt a hand on his chest. The hand pushed him back forcefully. Matt stumbled on his feet and fell back on his ass onto the sidewalk, the hand now gone. "What is the matter with you? Didn't you see the car? Where you trying to get yourself killed? Jesus man, you could have died. If you want to kill yourself, don't do it in public."

"No, I wasn't trying to kill myself." The person said nothing for a moment.

"What were you doing then? Did you not see that car?" Matt stayed silent. He could hear the guys breathing just inches away. "…well?"

"No, I didn't see the car because I can't see anything. I'm blind." The guy was silent.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't realize. You don't have a dog or cane. …sorry."

"It's okay. Thank you for saving my life." He smiled. The man held his hand out and remembered quickly he couldn't see.

"Here," He grabbed Matt's hand softly. Matt took it and stood to his feet. "You're welcome. My name is Danny." He shook Matt's hand before letting go. "Can I help you get…somewhere maybe?" Matt felt his cheeks burn slightly.

"Um, nah. You don't have to bother. I can get home fine." Danny stared at the ground.

"Come on…it's the least I can do for pushing you onto the ground and yelling at you like I was a lunatic." Matt chuckled.

"Um…okay. Sure." He gave Danny his address and they walked silently together. The trip mostly awkward. Matt could tell that Danny thought he couldn't see him staring. But he felt it. Danny's eyes were on him the whole way there. Once at the house Matt smiled. "Well thank you again for saving me and thank you for taking me home."

Danny smiled back. "Why don't you have a seeing eye dog? It can help a lot. What if you have another moment of not noticing and I am not there to help you?"

Matt laughed as he opened the door. "I don't need a dog; I do just fine on my own. I haven't killed myself yet." He turned to Danny and sighed under his breath. "Thanks again."

"No problem. And hey," He felt Danny's hand on his arm as he turned around.

"Yeah?"

"Maybe we could…hang out sometime er something. I mean…we don't have to, just a suggestion. I mean…it w-would be cool ya know?" Danny's face burned. Matt smiled.

"Sure, that'd be cool. You…know where I live. I always home. Or at the library." Danny nodded.

"Yeah, okay. Um…yeah." He laughed.

"Bye, Danny."

"Bye." He closed the door softly and listened to the footsteps on the steps outside until they disappeared. And at that moment, Matt wished he could see more than ever.

Matt let the borzoi lead him to his room and he sat on the bed. A second later he lifted his legs and laid back. He sighed when the baby in him shifted around to get comfortable. "Relax baby, go to sleep." The baby finally got comfortable and he sighed. Matt patted the bed. "Up Celt." Celt jumped up and laid by him. He smiled when Celt put his head on Matt's legs under his baby. "Good boy Celt." Matt fell asleep stroking the dog's head.

A month went by and Matt figured Danny may have been just a figure of his imagination. He gave up the idea that he would ever hear from the stranger ever again. But, he thought maybe it wasn't such a bad thing. Danny, that guy…he gave Matthew the feelings he had been trying to suppress since high school. He didn't want to have the feelings he sometimes got around other guys. He didn't want to have the feelings, even if it was girls. Because he didn't want to get close to anyone. How could he? He was blind. What did he have to offer besides burden?

So, he laid awake some nights, thinking about how he was going to be lonely for the rest of his life. Much like what he was doing when he heard the doorbell ring.

He slowly sat up in bed, surprised. He stood and pulled is checkered pajama pants up over his boxers and made his way made his way downstairs. The doorbell rang again. He sighed. As soon as he was at the bottom of the stairs the doorbell rang again. "I'm coming! Give me a fucking break, I can't see!" He opened the door irritated. "Hello?!"

"Um…um, I'm sorry. I can…go, if you want me too. I didn't mean to b-bother you." Matt's face softened when he heard that smooth voice. Could it be Danny?

"Who is this?" He asked, making sure it was real.

"I'm Danny. I don't know if you remember me or not but I am the guy who stopped you from walking in front of a car. I don't really know if it is appropriate or not that I stopped by. But you said it was okay. I just didn't know… Sorry, if I bothered you. Was it okay that I came by?" His cheeks burned. Matt laughed softly.

"Yes it's okay. I didn't think I would hear from you to be honest." Danny scuffed his shoe of the floor.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I was really busy and didn't know if I should come over late at night. So I just waited until I had some time." Matt nodded. He immediately stopped all movement when he heard labored breathing.

"What's that?" He asked.

"What?"

"I hear breathing. Not yours."

"Oh yeah. I brought you a surprise." Danny said as he pulled softly on the leash bringing the big brown dog forward. "Do you mind if I come in?" Matt moved out of the way of the door and shut it softly behind Danny.

"A dog. You brought me a dog?" Danny nodded let go of the leash.

"Yes, a Seeing Eye dog. He is really sweet and not much trouble. I know you said no, but I don't want you hurt. His name is Celt."

"Celt? Are you serious? You got me a seeing eye dog?" Matt pet the dog's back. The dog licked him and he smiled. "Hi Celt." He stood back up. "Take him back Danny. I can't care for him."

Matt heard Danny laugh. "I knew you would say that and it isn't a problem. The company said the dog will help you with everything. Just give him a chance Matt. If he makes things worse I'll take him back ok?"

Matt sighed. "I guess, I could give him a try. I'll give him a shot. But you stay here while I test him out." Matt felt the dog's back until he touched the leash. Celt moved to his side and waited for a command. When Matt walked forward Celt would push him to the left or pull him to the right to avoid various obstacles. Matt sighed. "Well he is good. He pushed me away from the table and the couch. And it will help when I am constantly slamming my shin against the table. I guess, I guess I could keep him for a while. Just to see how good he really is."

Danny smiled. "I'm glad. Now how about we go for a walk through town. You can see how he does with obstacles you don't know about." Matt nodded, the butterflies in his stomach fluttering.

"Okay." They took a walk down the street Matt normally went down every day to get the store and the library and then they went through the park. The air was warm and held a sweet smell from the pond nearby. It made Matt smile, a genuine smile for once. And having Danny and Celt with him made him feel so much more secure and safe, it made him feel comfortable. Something he rarely felt.

He soon found out that Danny was really sweet. He was somewhat shy, but wasn't afraid to speak his mind about things. He was just generally nice. It made Matt tingle to be around him. Just knowing he was there.

After they had gone around the town and through the park, they went back to Matt's apartment. He stood at the door and smiled.

"Thanks for so much you've done for me Danny. I think it is easy to say that you have already made my life easier. I don't, I don't know how to thank you." He was shaking slightly, listening to Danny's breathing.

"Just tell me I can see you again and that'll be enough thanks for me." Matt smiled big and blushed.

"Okay."

Matt awoke to the baby kicking furiously inside him. He groaned and sat up. Celt put his head on Matt's stomach. "Relax Celt, I'm ok. The baby is just acting up." He pet Celt and smiled when Celt licked his hand. "Good boy Celt." He put his feet over the side of the bed. "Celt down." Celt jumped down and waited for Matt to stand. When Matt stood Celt moved closer to him. Matt didn't use the harness unless he was going into town. Celt walked by his side as he walked towards the bathroom. Celt pushed him to the side when he got close to the dresser. "Good boy Celt. Stay." He walked into the bathroom and relieved himself.

Once back Celt rubbed his leg. "Who's my good boy?" Celt barked and the baby kicked. Matt put a hand over his belly. "Celt, couch." He smiled as Celt led him to the couch. He sat down and Celt sat at his feet. Matt rubbed his belly as the baby moved around. "Celt, I miss Danny." Celt whimpered and jumped onto the couch next to him. He though back to when Danny had first kissed him. A kiss that lead to something bigger. Something he never even entertained would happen to him in his life time.

As promised, Danny did see Matt again, almost every day for about 3 months. Just as friends. Nothing else. They hung out and talked…a lot. Matt found it so easy to talk to Danny. There wasn't anything he couldn't say. And he quickly found himself falling. He wasn't exactly sure how he was falling or into what. He just felt so different. Something inside him changed when he was around Danny. Something he couldn't explain. It scared him and he wasn't sure what he was supposed to do. So, he just didn't do anything.

There were many nights were he would awake after having a dream about Danny. Being with him. Dreams were a great escape from real life, cause in dreams…he could see. Since he wasn't blind at birth and had  chance to see the world a little before he went blind when he was a little boy, he can see in his dreams. And it made him sad sometimes when he awoke, especially when he was dreaming about Danny.

But, he didn't waste his life feeling sorry for himself. Cause there was no way to fix what was wrong with him. So, he didn't dwell on it. He was happy with his life. Being friends with Danny when he had once assumed he would never have friends. And he was comfortable…almost content. Until the night that Danny had kissed him, shaking his world upside down.

Matt was sitting on the couch with Danny, the TV was on. The news was playing. He didn't like listening to the news but, Danny liked to keep up with current events so…he didn't complain. He was leaning slightly on Danny, there shoulder touching. They were always close in some aspect. In ways that some people would find odd, but it wasn't spoken. Neither one said anything about how they craved each other's presence. Neither one said anything about how they were both falling for each other. They just silently chased each other around in circles.

Celt laid by them on the floor, with his head on Matt's feet. Danny rubbed Matt's shoulders softly, the feeling sent electricity through his body. Usually, Danny's touches were innocent, just a stroke of his hand or pat on the back. But this one felt different.

"Matt, I need to tell you something. I think it's important you know." Matt nodded silently, knowing that he didn't need to say words for Danny to understand he was listening. "I, um…ever since I saw you for the first time, I have been sort of…infatuated with you. I know that sounds weird but…I was. I am. I mean you…took my breath away. You still do every time you smile or touch me. I don't think you realize just how much you do affect me. And I know that it's odd hearing this because I know you don't feel the same way…but I do. I do feel so strongly about you and I can't stop it. I tried but I just couldn't. I'm sorry, if this makes things weird. And I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I'm also sorry that I know you don't feel the same way." He paused and took a few deep breaths, his heart about to pound out of his chest. Then he added "You're beautiful."

Matt sat silent for a while. Then he turned a little bit. "Why do you assume that?"

"What?" Danny was confused.

"Why do you assume that I don't feel the same way? Cause I do. It has been torturing me for the last few months and I didn't want to say anything. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to scare you away. And for the last few months I have been hoping and praying you feel the same way as me. And I have been hoping and praying you'd say something. Cause I could feel it. Then, you tell me this all of the sudden and just assume I'll think your weird or odd or turn you away. It kind of hurts that you would just assume that…" Matt was cut off when he felt Danny's hand on his cheek. It made him jump slightly. His breathing was stopped as his heart pounded.

"I'm sorry." Danny whispered. He leaned in closer to Matt, his hand now under Matt's chin. "I'm so sorry." He closed in, pressing his mouth over Matt's softly. Matt gasped slightly at the feel of Danny's lips on his. It felt amazing, warm, right. It felt so right. He attentively touched Danny's shoulder as the other boy opened his mouth. He did the same and started to shake lightly as their tongues touched. Danny kissed him for only a moment and then pulled away. Matt was shaking lightly and his breathing was labored. The only thing he could hear over his breathing was Danny's. He felt as if his heart was going to pound out of his chest.

"You're adorable when you blush." Danny smiled and ran a finger over Matt's lower lip. "You're very adorable. I'm going to kiss you again ok?" Matt nodded and Danny kissed him again slowly, savoring the warmth in sent through his whole body. As Danny kissed him, he ran his hand slowly up Matt's thigh, making Matt shiver and gasp softly. Danny placed his hand on Matt's button of his jeans and the other hand, he raked through Matt's dark soft hair.

"Danny go slow ok? I've never done this before." Danny smiled and kissed Matt's neck.

"I'll only go as fast or slow as you want me to go." He kissed Matt's neck again and breathed lightly on the skin.

"Danny." Matt tilted his neck to the side as Danny kissed him more. Matt laid back on the couch and pulled Danny over him like a blanket. He moaned when Danny tugged on his ear. He let Danny unbutton his jeans.

"I- I, what are you gonna do?" Matt's voice quivered lightly and he started to shake as he felt Danny's hand on this thigh and his lips on his jaw.

"What do you want me to do?" Danny said softly against his skin, his breath warm and so electrifying.

"I- don't know. I don't know what to…expect." Matt could feel his heartbeat rising to his throat. His sudden feeling of embarrassment from not knowing what to do or even what was going to happen. Danny's hand slid up further to the unbuttoned and unzipped jeans.  His snuck his fingers down slightly, just below the zipper.

"Do you want this?" Danny asked, his voice drawing out in a slow husky whisper.

"Yes. I mean…I do. But, I don't know…what to…do." Matt said quietly his voice jumping. He cursed himself in his mind for being so pathetic. His face turned red.

"Why are blushing? It's okay to not know some things Matt. It's actually quite charming." Danny said softly, a smile in his voice.

"Not know some things? I don't know anything. I am just gonna make a fool of myself." He stumbled out. Danny moved his hand down a little more into the waistband of Matt's jeans and felt soft curls there.

"You are not gonna make a fool of yourself. If this is what you want, then I will show you. You don't have to worry.  "And if you don't…then just tell me and I'll wait. If it's too fast, I'll wait." He kept his fingers where they were but he leaned down and pressed his lips to Matt's again, just enough to make his heartbeat rise again to an even more substantial rate.

"No, I want to do this." Matt said breathy. "I want to." He nodded as if trying to reassure himself also.

"Okay." He slipped his fingers down below the waistband of the jeans and under the boxers. Once his hand made contact with Matt, he shivered hard and leaned his head back groaning. He had never been touched by anyone else before but he was sure he would kick himself for never having done it before. Danny stroked him slowly and softly and leaned down to kiss him harder than he had before. Matt didn't waste time opening his mouth against Danny's lips and connecting their tongues together eagerly. Matt, had pulled back from the kiss a little while later, gasping and letting out a long drawn out moan. He let Danny touch him for a while before pushing his hand away.

"What's wrong." Danny asked concerned.

"Nothing. I just…I wanna go to my bedroom." Danny's mouth spread into a wide smile.

"Okay." He sat up, letting Matt free from his confinement. Matt turned and stood from the couch. Danny was quick to follow. He reached out and grabbed Matt's hand, walking around him in front to lead him to his bedroom. Celt stood with a whine and rubbed against Matt's legs. Matt smiled and pet him quickly.

"Sorry Celt, you can't sleep in my room tonight. I am gonna be busy tonight." Matt heard Danny laugh softly. Celt whined but laid his face on his paws near the foot of the couch. Danny, walked Matt to his bedroom and shut the door behind him. He flicked the light off before leading Matt to his bed. "Did you turn the light off?" He asked as Danny sat up on the bed.

"Yes. It's completely dark in here." Matt was confused at first.

"How come? You're not going to be able to see anything." Matt said softly.

"Neither one of us is gonna worry about sight tonight. Tonight we are both gonna focus on the feel of it. This is special." Danny said before he kissed Matt softly and guided him up the bed so that they were both laying properly on it. Matt felt his heart warm up at Danny's gesture and words. His eyes stung with unshed tears. And when he couldn't hold them back anymore they spilled over, rolling down his cheeks and Danny's also. Danny pulled away and wiped the tears away.

"Why are you crying? What's wrong?" His voice was low and held a concern Matt had never heard from another person before.

"That was just…you don't know how much that means to me." Danny stayed where he was a moment and then ran his hand through Matt's short dark hair.

"I care." He said. Matt nodded and then launched forward and kissed Danny with vigor.

"Let's do this now. Please." Danny nodded and grabbed Matt's jeans at the waist and started to pull them down. They hung kind of loose around his sharp hip bones so they slid off with ease. Danny pulled them down to his ankles and then off. Then helped him out of his shirt. They both took a slow time undressing each other and touching slowly, letting their touches linger and taking all the time they wanted. When both of them were flesh against flesh and kissing deeply, Matt touched Danny's shoulder and pushed him back slightly.

"I wanna do this now." He said again, his voice trailing out in a nervous drawl.

"Yeah?" Matt nodded quickly.

"Yes." Danny reached out to his jeans and grabbed his wallet. In it he kept a tiny bottle of lube and a condom. He wasn't one to have one night stands, but he was always prepared and especially since he had met Matt. He wasn't too hopeful that he would get to use them with Matt but he still always wanted to be prepared. And they came in handy because he was sure that Matt had never even had a condom before much less a box in his bedside table. Danny opened the lube and put some on his fingers.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked again, making sure that it was truly was Matt wanted.

"Yes…please." Danny smiled slightly at the eagerness in Matt's voice. He touched Matt's thighs with his hands, some of the lube getting on his inner thigh.

"I'm going to, start with my fingers okay?" He said kind of nervously. He had never taken the virginity of anyone before in his life, but he remembered his first time clearly and it wasn't something he ever wanted to relive again. So, he took the way he was treated into consideration and made sure that he wasn't that way to Matt. Ever. Matt had just nodded at his words and leaned his head against the pillow.

"Okay." Danny did just as he said, going slowing while trying to relax Matt and get him used to the feeling of having something inside of him. Knowing full well that Matt had never had anything like this done to him before.

"Is this okay?" Danny asked as he added his third finger to the other two he had eased in.

"Yes. It…it feels weird." He said shortly.

"Good weird or bad weird?" Danny asked he stopped all movement of his fingers.

"It's…good. It's really good. It just…" He stopped talking when Danny had hit something inside of him that send each and every one of his nerves aflame and he grasped at the sheets. He pulled his fingers out and then shoved them in just as he had before. This time Matt gasped out.

"P-please Danny." Danny's smile got even bigger.

"Yeah?" He asked as he retreated his fingers and grabbed the condom, tearing it open with his teeth then taking it from the package. Matt just nodded not able to articulate the words he needed.

"Yes." Danny rolled the condom onto himself then leaned up so that he was face to face with Matt. He placed his lips to Matt's and held a slow, and soft kiss there. He opened his mouth and deepened the kiss as he lube himself properly and positioned himself at Matt's entrance.

"Ready?" The boy below him just nodded. Danny ran both of his hands down Matt's chest and stomach, then over his erection. He made Matt pant hard then he moved his hands down under his thighs and lifted Matt's legs up and over his shoulders.

"Okay Matt. Here I go." Matt again just nodded, his fist still clenched tight in the sheets. Danny leaned down again and kissed him deeply to help him relax. And as he kissed him he pressed in, taking it slow to allow Matt to adjust. He was surprised at how relaxed the boy became when Danny was kissing him. So, he continued to until he was all the way in. Once he was in, he pulled back out almost all way then pushed back in again. Matt tensed a little.

"Huhhhh." Escaped from Matt's mouth into Danny's. The sound was more of a pleasurable cry then it was a moan. Danny, set a pace. A slow one. He grabbed Matt by the hips as he thrust in and out in soft yet deep movements. Matt continued to cry out softly as Danny moved forward and back.

"It…it feels so good." He said, his voice low and husky with his shallow breaths.

"Yeah?" Danny asked, now reassured that Matt was enjoying it.

"Um…y-yeah." His voice seemed substantially lower with the strain.

"Good. Good." Danny was able to articulate a few words. Then he picked up speed. He enjoyed hearing the noises Matt was making, most men he had ever been with hid their moans and choked back their cries. But Matt, he couldn't contain them and he wasn't afraid to let them out. He ran his hand up and down Danny's back as he let the boy thrust into him. A bright flash pleasure moving up and into his abdomen. He felt his temperature spike and noticed the small beads of his sweat as his temples. He stroked his hand through Danny's hair and felt his was too becoming soaked with sweat.

The idea just turned him on even more. When he squeezed his eyes shut he felt as if he could see Danny moving above him, making him feel so good. Like he could truly see the boy and that made him feel a million times better than he ever had in his life. Danny was starting to moan out above him. He wanted to feel every inch of skin of Danny against his. He wanted the closeness. He already felt so emotionally connected to him, he wanted the physical one too. All the way. He kissed Danny again, the heat starting to rise in his stomach. He knew he was close.

"Danny." He breathed out between clenched teeth.

"Yeah?"

"I wanna change positions." Danny stopped what he was doing.

"How?" He asked softly, running his fingers through Matt's hair and kissing his forehead then his jaw and neck.

"I want you to be flesh against me. All the way against me. I don't really know how you'd do that but I figured you would." Danny nodded then pulled out of Matt slowly.

"Okay, lay on your side. And bring your knee up to your chest." Matt turned on his right side and brought his left knee up to his chest. He hooked his arm around the pillow his head was resting on. Danny laid down on his right side directly behind him and brought his left leg up and over Matt's hips resting his foot on the bed to help give him some leverage. He entered Matt again, succeeding in getting a grateful sigh from him.

"Oh god." Matt said softly. Danny, was pressed against him his chest flesh against Matt's back. Danny intertwine his fingers with Matt's and pressed their hands against Matt's chest, feeling his heartbeat underneath. It only took him about 5 more thrust and Matt was coming with a long drawn out moan, he had brought his arm up behind himself to grasp Danny's hair as he came. His whole body shook and shivered as each wave of pleasure flooded him, making his stomach warm and his nerves tingle. It only took Danny about a minute longer and he was joining Matt in his euphoria.

"Oh Matt." He cried out as he came, not leaving Matt's body. They lay there spent, and panting. Both now exhausted. Matt kept his eyes shut, sensing everything around in such great detail he felt he didn't even need to see to enjoy the moment to it's greatest extent. Danny wrapped his arms around Matt's middle and pulled him as close as he could get, then pulled the kicked back covers up and over them both. They lay silent for a while joined together under the covers.

"Matt?" Danny whispered his name out.

"Yeah?" Danny pressed a kiss to the top of his head and ran his hand down Matt's side and back up again.

"I am going to say something to you right now. Something that is…very important to me. It's important because, I don't…I don't think I have ever felt this way about anyone ever before in my life. Do you understand?" Matt just nodded, knowing he didn't need to say anything for Danny to know he was listening.

"Every time I look at you, my heart beats faster. And every time you touch me, I feel my head get light. When we are not together, I can't sleep. I haven't slept in a long time. I always think about you. It's almost impossible not to. And I…I always worry about you. I only feel okay when I am here with you. I guess what I am trying to say is that…is that I love you. I do love you. I love you. And I wanna be with you for good. I wanna be with you." He said, his voice stumbled out nervous. Matt pulled away from Danny's body slowly and turned around to face him.

"Me too. I love you too." He said. His hand starting at Danny's face and moving to his chest.

"Yeah?" Danny asked. His voice uncertain. Matt had his eyes close, he leaned forward and kissed Danny's lips with a soft caress.

"Yes. I love you." Danny hugged him tight then moved his hand down to take the used condom off and discard it. He took it off but noticed that it wasn't nearly as used as if should have been and that most of his seed wasn't were it was supposed to be. Then he noticed the tear in the tip.

"And another thing." Danny said.

"Hmm." Matt sighed out, suddenly really tired.

"The condom broke." He said before leaning over and throwing it in the trashcan. Matt was fully awake now at his words.

"Are you sure?" Danny nodded. Matt sighed.

"It probably doesn't matter. I know your clean." Danny kissed him again.

"Yeah."

"I love you Danny." Matt said softly before yawning.

"I love you Matt." Then Danny wrapped his arms around Matt and it only took a few moments for them to fall asleep.

Matt sighed as he remembered when they learned about the baby. He sighed rubbing his belly gently. He laughed as the baby kicked at his hand. "I feel you in there. What are you doing?" he giggled some as the baby pushed it's foot against his hand.

Matt had been sick for the past month. Danny got more and more worried about the man he loved. He would come to visit Matt every day and every day he noticed that Matt was nauseous and paler by the day. After another round of sex then shower Danny put his foot down. "Matt I'm taking you to the hospital."

Matt turned towards the sound of his voice. "Why are you taking me to the hospital? I am fine. Yeah I occasionally feel nauseous but it passes and I am right as rain." He felt inside his closet til he felt a pair of jeans under his hands, pulled them out, and stepped into them. "Danny I promise you I am fine."

"I doubt you are fine." Matt jumped when he heard Danny's voice right in front of himself. "If you could see yourself you would notice how pale you are and that you have bags under your eyes. I am worried about you so I am taking you." Matt sighed prepared to defend his case. "Don't try it Matt, we're going and that is final. Now put on a shirt and shoes. I'll get Celt ready."

Matt sighed listening to Danny walk off. He heard Danny playing with Celt while he put the harness on him. He put on his boots in frustration. He whistled and immediately he heard Celt's tapping on the floor as he ran to him. He had kinda become attached to the dog. He never went anywhere without him. He laughed as Celt got to him and rubbed against his leg. Matt knelt down and hugged the dog's neck. "Who's my boy huh? You ready for the evil doctor visit Danny is taking us to?" he laughed when Celt licked his face. "Yeah, I know I know. You wanna go for the biscuits they started keeping there for you." He stood after rubbing his fur one more time and held the handle for the harness. "Ok, let's go to Danny before he gives birth to an elephant."

Danny stood at the bottom of the stairs wishing Matt would act like this was important not like it was a walk through the park. "Matt let's go!" he yelled up the stairs. Matt appeared at the top of the stairs and walked down with Celt at his side. "Did you get lost up there? Did Celt decide he needed a shower?"

Matt growled. "Shut up. I am going cause I can hear the worry when you talk. Just humor the blind guy ok?" He let Celt lead him to the car. He opened the back door and got Celt in before getting in himself. He was silent as Danny drove him to the hospital. Upon arrival he got out and got Celt. "Come here buddy." He smiled as Celt took his post by his right leg. He went into the normal entrance figuring it was nothing too dangerous. He waited to be checked on. He and Celt were led back as Danny was made to wait since he is not family.

30 minutes later the doctor came out and told Danny to go to room 213A. Danny walked back slowly wondering if the man he loved was ok. As he walked into the room he saw Matt lying back on the exam bed with his hand over his stomach. Celt laid on the floor by his bed. "Matt? Are you ok?" Matt beckoned him closer. "Babe what did they say?"

Matt had a dreamy look on his face. "Danny....I'm pregnant." Danny gasped in shock. "We're having a baby."

"Really? Are they sure?" Matt nodded. "Oh god...Mattie...this is great."

"Says the man who will be able to see the baby during sonograms and once it's born. I have no idea how I look. How will I know how my baby looks? Will it be able to see? Will it be ok with having a blind mother that can accidentally give it a bottle of dish water instead of formula?"

Danny sighed. "I will be there to help you know. And you have Celt for when I am off doing something. You can do this...we can do this." He leaned down and kissed him passionately. "I love you both." He smiled as his hand rested on Matt's still flat belly.

Matt wished with his whole heart that Danny would get home soon. He was due to deliver any day and Danny had been off on a business trip for the past 2 months. He rubbed his belly gently hoping to calm their child within. Celt whimpered as if asking what was wrong. Matt reached out til his hand touched Celt's hand. "Relax boy, everything is alright. Just thinking about Danny. I hope he gets here before I go into labor. I mean I have everything ready but it would be nice for him to be here with us right?"

Celt barked gently and nudged Matt's belly with his nose. "Yeah boy that's right. Are you gonna help with the baby once it gets here?" Celt barked again. "That's my-" he was cut off as his water broke. "No... Please not now! Danny's not home yet!" he panted. "Celt grab my phone." He heard Celt jump off the couch and run off. He came back and set the phone in Matt's lap. Matt pet him. "Good boy. Can you get my bag please Celt? I don't think I can move to get it." Celt ran off again and Matt called 911.

"911 what's your emergency?"

"I need an ambulance. I'm 9 months pregnant, in labor, blind and my husband isn't around to drive me... Please I need help."

"Alright what is your address?"

"1423 Maple Avenue, Bearstown."

"Alright. An ambulance is on the way. Just stay on the line til they get there ok?"

Matt sighed. "Ok. Just please hurry. It hurts bad."  Once the ambulance arrived he hung up the phone. A paramedic helped him stand. Celt immediately went to his side and the paramedic tried to chase him away. "Please let him come. He's my Seeing Eye dog and I can't go without him." The paramedics sighed and let Celt come.

Danny got home that night at 9 PM thinking he would surprise Matt. He was shocked to see the house was dark. It worried him that Celt didn't greet him at the door like usual. He went to their room thinking Matt was asleep, he found no Matt or Celt and started to freak. He searched the whole house then noticed something. Matt's overnight hospital bag was gone. He hopped into his car and drove to Bearstown Hospital. He ran to the reception desk. "I am looking for Matt Davidson. Is he admitted here?"

The nurse looked up the info and nodded. "He's in room 3345 floor 4, but visiting hours are over sonny."

"Thank you, and I'm not visiting he's having my baby." The nurse nodded and sent him on his way. He got to the fourth floor and walked to sign in with the nurses there. "I'm here to see Matt Davidson." The nurse gave the same visiting hors speech. Once Danny explained he was told to wait one moment. The nurse printed out an ID bracelet with the name 'Baby Girl Davidson' printed on it. Danny walked to Matt's room and knocked.

"Come in." he walked in slowly. He saw Celt lying by Matt's hospital bed. Matt was lying down looking at nothing. "Come to take my baby back to the nursery?" Matt asked thinking it was one of the hospital staff.

"No." Danny said softly. Matt gasped and looked towards the familiar voice. "Hi Mattie. I'm home." Matt started to cry. Danny walked to him and hugged him. "Hey it's ok now. Don't cry. And I am sorry you had to do this without me. Did anyone describe the baby to you yet?"

"Just the normal thing of height and weight and birth time. And I was afraid to ask. Can you describe her for me?"

Danny nodded as he grabbed his daughter from her bassinette. "Well she has baby blue eyes and light blond hair. She looks just like you with high cheekbones and has my pointy nose." He smiled proud. "She is a perfect mixture of the two of us. Wanna hold her Matt?"

Matt nodded and put his arms out. "Yes please." Danny set the baby in Matt's arms. He smiled as Matt pulled the baby closer to his chest. "Hi little one, I'm mommy."

I had a hard time reading parts of this because something was weird with your dialogue tags.

For example:

"No, I wasn't trying to kill myself." The person said nothing for a moment.

"What were you doing then? Did you not see that car?" Matt stayed silent. He could hear the guys breathing just inches away. "…well?"

"No, I didn't see the car because I can't see anything. I'm blind." The guy was silent.

I had a really hard time figuring out who was speaking when. It would have read much more smoothly if the tags were in different places"

"No, I wasn't trying to kill myself."

The person said nothing for a moment. "What were you doing then? Did you not see that car?"

Matt stayed silent. He could hear the other guy's breathing just inches away.

"...Well?"

"No, I didn't see the car because I can't see anything. I'm bling."

The guy was silent.

If you edit and correct those problems, the story will be a lot easier and smoother to read :)

Agreed. One more think that I noticed with the dialogue is the lack of commas. For example: "No." David said softly.

It should really be "No," David said softly. A ton of people make that mistake so don't feel bad for making it. It's really just something that gets on my grammar nazi nerves. Otherwise, you have a very solid story and I can't wait for more.

That was a sweet story. I was afraid something bad had happened to David...but he was only gone for a few months. Nice.

The story has a very nice composed rhythm. It runs smoothly and fantasizes the mind of the readers. You portrait the sexual scene of a virgin so colorful and filled with detailed images while stimulating and relaxing the mind of the readers. It is different from other stories that I have read.

Looking forward to more pieces of yours in the future. I truly appreciate your work.

Can I be honest for a moment? It is entirely possible that this is the greatest thing ever written, a modern masterpiece, but I can't bring myself to read it because I can't get past the title. I can't tell if it's trying to be clever or a terrible spelling error, but it's extremely distracting.
Sight : physical sense :: Blind Sight : Trite Oxymoron
Site : physical location :: Blind Site : Nonsensical

Titles are an important part of the story and the first thing your audience sees.

Thank you for your contributions, I look forward to reading your next efforts. Happy writing!
